You jump in the living room and the rope whips against your shins again.
Anyone who wants to do cardio at home knows the problem: The rope needs almost three meters of ceiling height, hits your calves painfully with every mistake, and no one can reliably count the jumps. PulseRope solves all three problems at once. The two weighted rubber balls on the handles create the same centrifugal force as a real rope – without the rope, ceiling, or neighbors being an issue. The integrated LCD display on the handle counts every jump, every calorie burned, and every second live – no app, no Bluetooth.

Advantages
- No more impact against shins or calves: The weighted balls swing beside you – you finish each training without bruises and without interruptions caused by errors.
- No guessing, no manual recounting: The handle LCD shows jump count, calories, weight, and timer simultaneously in real time, so you can fully focus on your workout.
- No need for nine-foot ceiling height anymore: You train in under two square meters in your room, hotel, or office – the included PVC rope can be used additionally if enough room height is available.

Usage
- Turn on and enter weight: Switch on the device and enter your body weight on the LCD – the sensor uses this to calculate calories precisely.
- Grab handles and start: Hold both handles and begin swinging – the balls find their arc automatically; no rope length adjustment needed.
- Read stats and improve: Between sets, read jumps, calories, and timer on the display and increase your daily goal during the next training.
Pro tip: Enter your actual body weight before you start – the motion sensor uses this value to calculate calorie consumption more accurately during each rotation. A few grams difference can result in several calories deviation over a 20-minute session.
