Before concluding a distance contract, these Terms of Service will be made available to the consumer in a format that allows them to be stored on a durable medium.
Article 4 – The Offer
The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
Every offer contains clear information on:
- Final price including VAT
- Shipping costs
- Right of withdrawal and its conditions
- Payment, delivery and fulfilment details
- Validity period of the offer
Product images are a true representation of the products offered. Colour deviations due to screen settings may occur.
Article 5 – Contract Formation
By clicking "Buy Now", the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded once Noravero accepts the order by sending a confirmation email.
Article 6 – Prices & Payment
All prices are final prices inclusive of applicable VAT. Any shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna).
Goods remain the property of Noravero until full payment has been received.
Noravero reserves the right to correct any pricing errors before the contract is concluded.
Article 7 – Delivery
Deliveries are made to the United Kingdom and selected international markets.
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless otherwise stated. In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to logistical or operational circumstances. The consumer will be informed accordingly.
Noravero is liable for loss or damage of goods until delivery to the consumer or a nominated third party.
If an item cannot be delivered, the consumer will be informed. Substitute deliveries are only possible with the consumer's consent.
Article 7a – Refusal of delivery In the event of unjustified refusal of delivery, Noravero reserves the right to deduct actual return and handling costs from the refund amount.
Article 7b – Incorrect address / redelivery If delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, and the parcel is returned or needs to be reshipped, Noravero reserves the right to charge the customer for the actual additional shipping costs incurred.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have the statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving any reason. Noravero voluntarily extends this to 30 days as part of our customer commitment.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Noravero by a clear statement (e.g. by email to info@noravero.com) before the withdrawal period expires. After notification, the consumer has a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returns must be sent to our returns centre in China (not the address on the parcel):
Returns Centre: Name: Jim Room 601, Building 4, No. 69, Lisha East Road Shatian Town, Dongguan City Guangdong 523000, China
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery (e.g. underwear, swimwear, earrings, beauty products)
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where the consumer has consented to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period has expired
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines
- Sale items or gift cards
Article 9 – Returns
Please contact us at info@noravero.com before returning any item so we can register your return. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.
Do not return items to the address on the parcel.
⚠️ Important notice regarding international returns: As our returns centre is located in China (outside the UK), please be aware that your return shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes upon arrival in China. These costs are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not covered or reimbursed by Noravero. We strongly recommend checking with your local postal service or courier regarding potential costs before sending your return.
Return shipping costs to China may be significantly higher than domestic returns. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return or valid proof of postage, to the original payment method. Noravero reserves the right to make a deduction for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
Article 10 – Warranty
Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Defects must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after discovery. Any manufacturer's warranties are separate and do not affect your statutory rights.
Article 11 – Liability
Noravero is fully liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In cases of ordinary negligence, Noravero is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations and only for foreseeable, typical damage.
Nothing in these Terms limits Noravero's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Article 12 – Complaints
Complaints regarding the fulfilment of the contract can be submitted at any time to info@noravero.com. We ask that you notify us promptly upon discovering an issue.
Noravero will respond within 14 days. If a complaint requires longer processing, the customer will receive an interim notification.
If a complaint is found to be justified, Noravero will offer a replacement or repair where appropriate.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
