🚚 Shipping Policy

Delivery countries: We currently deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom. Orders from other countries cannot be accepted or shipped at this time.

Delivery times: All orders are shipped by Noravero. Every order includes a tracking number and shipping is free of charge for the customer.

After placing your order, you have 24 hours to cancel it free of charge. After this period, your order will be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (depending on weekends or public holidays).

Your parcel is typically prepared for dispatch within 3–5 working days. Once handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a shipping update. This preparation time is included in the stated delivery time.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), which corresponds to approximately 10–20 calendar days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to external factors such as high demand at shipping carriers or customs checks, which are beyond our control. Should we be unable to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order free of charge and receive a full refund.

🚚 Shipping & tracking: We work with reliable international shipping partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your parcel via parcelsapp.com, as well as a shipping confirmation email with full details.

📩 Questions about your delivery? Please always contact us first at info@noravero.com. In most cases, we can offer a solution faster than going through external payment providers like PayPal or Klarna. Opening a dispute with PayPal or Klarna can unnecessarily delay the process.

Shipping costs: Delivery is always free of charge, regardless of order value.

⚠️ Customs & import duties (UK): As our products are shipped from outside the UK, your order may be subject to UK customs checks. For orders under £135, VAT is collected at checkout and no additional charges should apply. For orders over £135, additional import duties may apply upon delivery, which are the customer's responsibility.

📌 Important: Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Please check this carefully — incorrect address details may lead to delays or failed deliveries.

📦 Refusal of delivery: Refusing delivery without a valid reason is not considered a regular return and does not replace the proper exercise of your right of withdrawal. Return and handling costs may be deducted from your refund. Please accept the parcel first and then contact us at info@noravero.com so we can assist you correctly.
