Dull knives make cutting difficult and kitchen work unnecessarily cumbersome.
With the Toishi sharpening stone, kitchen knives can be regularly resharpened and finely polished. The double-sided grit combines a #1000 sharpening stone for resharpening with a #6000 side for fine polishing the blade. Thanks to the included angle guide and non-slip bamboo holder, the set is suitable for both beginners and experienced users.

Benefits
- Effective Resharpening: The #1000 grit is suitable for refreshing dull blades and supports an even sharpness.
- Fine Polishing Result: The #6000 grit can be used after sharpening to smooth and refine the blade edge for more precise cuts.
- Stable and Comfortable Use: The non-slip bamboo holder ensures a secure stand while the angle guide helps maintain a consistent sharpening angle.
