Loose cable ends cause short circuits – this ferrule set prevents exactly that.

Anyone who connects cables themselves knows the problem: stray strands, loose connections, and the uneasy feeling with every electrical installation. This insulated ferrule set with tinned copper core and flame-retardant PVC insulation crimps cable ends evenly, prevents loose wires, and ensures a clean, reliable connection – whether in the car, workshop, or at home.

Advantages

Secure 4-Side Crimping: The precisely manufactured ferrules crimp each individual strand evenly from four sides, leaving no wire ends protruding and noticeably improving conductivity.

Corrosion Protection from Tinned Copper: The core made of tinned copper and flame-retardant PVC sheath protect the connection permanently from moisture, heat, and oxidation – even in automotive electrical applications.

Flexible Set Selection: Available in sets from 200 to 400 pieces, optionally with crimping pliers, lubricant, or 2-in-1 voltage tester – ideally matched to every project.

Specifications

Core material: Tinned Copper
Insulation: Flame-retardant PVC plastic
Crimp type: Even 4-side crimping
Set sizes: 200, 300, or 400 pieces
Optional accessories: Crimping pliers, lubricant, 2-in-1 voltage tester & screwdriver
Suitable for house installations, automotive electrical work, workshops, and DIY projects.

Usage

  1. Strip the cable: Remove about 8–10 mm of insulation from the cable end.
  2. Attach the ferrule: Slide the appropriate ferrule completely over the exposed strands.
  3. Crimp: Insert the ferrule into the crimping pliers and press firmly – the 4-side mechanism ensures an even and tensile-resistant connection.

Tip: Pre-sort the ferrules by cross-section in a small sorting box – this saves time and prevents using the wrong sizes.
