Usage
- Insert: Insert two AAA batteries and turn on the device.
- Measure: Place the clamp opening around the conductor to be tested, select the measuring range, and read the value on the LCD – activate data-hold if necessary to freeze the value.
- Secure: Turn off the device after use or wait for the automatic shut-off; use the flashlight for additional lighting in dark environments.
Pro tip: For hard-to-reach cables, first use the NCV function (non-contact voltage detection) to identify live conductors – only then apply the clamp. This saves time and significantly increases work safety.
